Restaurants Mobilize to Save Fisheries

As the population grows, so does the demand for seafood. However, the manner in which fish are caught must be sustainable in order to insure the health of future generations of fish species. It is imperative for seafood restaurants, such as ourselves, and larger chain restaurants to buy fish from sustainable fisheries. Ken Conrad, Libby Hill's former President and current Treasurer and chairman of the National Fisheries Instistute understands this balance.
